Cancellation Policy
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. You are requested to update within 8 hrs of the booking. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds in Komal Fashion voucher for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our Warehouse.

All you have to drop an email to contact@spknit.com within a period of 5 days, from the date of receipt and then you’ll have to courier us the product back so that it reaches us within 15 days from the date of your receipt of the product. Please update us as soon as possible so that we can initiate your returns process as soon as possible.
However, to create a win-win situation for both the parties, we accept products that are in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
During special offers the 15 days return policy may get reduced to a week only, so you are requested to kindly update about the return via phone or mail within 2 days of receipt of the product.
